I'm not sure you can. You may be able to play it as a "stand alone" but being it's tied to Steam for users not real sure about that. If you are referring to a hosted server online.

We use to have servers for most of those games but now just one for CS at ASSAULT.SYOPS .com:27015

SYOPS has launched it's PUG/Scrim Server - NOW ONLINE at PUG.SYOPS.com:27015 No admin needed as this server is setup just like an ESEA PUG server. Fully automated once 10 players join the server you .ready and once everyone has readied up the match starts. Hope to see you THERE - Lock N` Load.

COMING SOON! PUG/Match server. This server will be setup like an ESEA PUG sever. What is an ESEA PUG server, well check it out once online and you will see. But in a nutshell it allows 2 to 10 players to enter the server and pick what type of match is to be played. EG: 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 with out the need for a server ADMIN to be there. It's all automatic. Once the right amount of players join the server and .READY - BAMMMM - the match starts and keeps score and so on. Stay tuned for the next post for it's LAUNCH.
